I bring a strong narrative and customer-centric focus to my design work. I have spent 8 years bringing products to market at B2B SaaS tech startups like Hired, Revinate, and Twilio Segment. In addition to leading go-to-market efforts for dozens of product launches, I’m experienced in customer research and have collaborated closely with design and product teams on feature development, website optimization, and product/UX writing. In both product marketing and UX design, getting in the shoes of your customer is what it’s all about. In UX, I saw an opportunity to align my professional expertise and my side passion for visual arts and design. I completed Designlab’s UX Academy certification in 2022.
